Our Premium Giraffe Arena Chalet offered amazing views of giraffes right outside our window. The breakfast included exciting animal encounters, a unique touch. Super nice team. A true gem for families 🦒

A family adventure like no other

The spacious room allowed us to unwind, while the friendly staff took quick action when we needed assistance. The kids adored the interactive zoo activities and delicious food options. Waking up with giraffes just steps away was a magical experience that was so good!

The location was exceptional and unique for us - right at a zoo and restaurants. The best part were the very cheerful staff. Booked suite, that was provided with complimentary water, a cozy bed plus robes.

The rooms are brand-new and outstanding, with a safe box, television and a mini bar fridge. The location is incredible and the staff is respectful.

More fun than I expected!

An lovely experience! Enjoyed waking up right in front of the giraffes in our cozy room. The heated pool was a hit with the kids, and the zoo access. The service was really good, with helpful staff throughout our stay. A true gem for families!

Great that they have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with robes, a cozy bed; everyone is welcome here. We loved wake-up service available. The location was fantastic, right by Airport, the zoo and The in house Restaurants and easily accessible. Furthermore, lucky to get a taxi to take you to the bus station.

Had GOOD 1 night here. The hotel's location was incredible, close to restaurant and zoo and restaurant.

We had a wonderful stay! The giraffe chalet offered amazing views, and the friendly waitress even took care of my infant while we enjoyed breakfast. A warm, inviting experience overall, though the room service food arrived a bit cold.

Swimming pool and nice beach. Restaurants in the hotel: gargantuan buffets!

Slow table service, excessive restaurant prices and excuses

we enjoyed the zoo and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. we even got cigarettes and were brought to our room. beautiful zoo, although i would wish for a bigger place for some animals.

we had half board and menu consisted of fast food and there was hardly anything for vegetarians.

The zoo at the resort was great! Feeding the hippos was the highlight for my kids, and the animal interactions added so much fun to our stay. Plus, we especially loved that our room gave us a cozy view of the giraffes right outside the window.

My children wanted a bit more toy variety at the kids' club.

Hotel concept inside a zoo. Great feeling!. Very much interesting for our children, they had a memorable experience. Staff very helpful and nice, especially, Saeed- Reservation Supervisor. Overall experience was very good and will plan to visit it again in future, InshaALLAH.

The service and facilities at the restaurant are very poor. No variety of food. Lots of flies around. No tea/coffee compliments in the room.
